The National Dental Association will hold our 113th convention from July 16th – 19th, 2026, in the city of Richmond, VA. The NDA is the most significant dental organization, representing dentists, dental students, dental hygienists, and dental assistants of African descent nationally and internationally. We are dedicated to advancing oral health equity within our communities and this unique occasion brings together dental professionals, advocates, and stakeholders to exchange knowledge, collaborate, and devise solutions to bridge the oral health gap affecting Black communities.

Friday Night in Richmond Friday evening is yours to enjoy. Attend an alumni reception, join a dine around, or explore Richmond on your own. Dine arounds are limited and have capped capacities. If you are interested, sign up during registration to secure your spot.
Blk and Local Marketplace Saturday, July 18 from 12:00 to 3:00 PM. A curated marketplace highlighting Richmond’s Black owned businesses. More details will be shared soon.
Food Trucks Saturday, July 18 from 12:00 to 3:00 PM. A selection of food trucks will be available. Food truck tickets will be sold at the NDA Store. Vendor list and pricing will be shared soon.
Mobility Scooter Rentals Mobility scooter rentals will be available for the convention. Scooters can be delivered to your hotel beginning Wednesday, July 15. Pricing is listed on the reservation form and may change. Early reservations may benefit from group rate reductions based on the number of rentals secured. Availability is limited and onsite requests cannot be guaranteed.
Planning tip: If you want a dine around or may need a scooter rental, reserve early since capacity and availability are limited.
