(Student Mentoring with Immersive Learning and Enrichment) Healthcare Pathway Program, students from historically underrepresented backgrounds discover their potential in the dental profession. Rising 9th and 10th graders participate in week-long immersive experiences at dental schools and practices across the country.

Participants gain hands-on learning with real-world procedures, from dental assisting to hygiene to clinical practice. They explore diverse career pathways within oral health, meet professionals who share their backgrounds, and build networks that will support them throughout their educational journey.
