A first-generation dentist whose passion for oral health began in high school, Dr. Wallace J. Bellamy was born in Queens, New York, and shaped by a childhood spent in diverse communities across New York, Alabama, South Carolina, Texas, Europe, and California—reflecting his father's career in the U.S. Air Force. These formative experiences fostered an early appreciation for cultural diversity and connection that continues to influence his approach to dentistry and leadership today.
Educational Foundation and Professional Journey
Dr. Bellamy earned his dental degree from Boston University School of Dentistry in 1989 and has operated a thriving private practice in Elk Grove, California—just south of Sacramento—since 1993. Over three decades, he has built not just a successful practice, but a trusted presence in his community.
Dr. Bellamy views dentistry as essential to overall health, championing its potential to enhance quality of life through both the art and science of the profession. He deeply values the personal relationships he has cultivated with his patients and peers throughout his career—relationships built on trust, excellence, and genuine care for each individual's wellbeing.
