Booth rates, the exhibitor agreement and the hall plan are set for each convention, so nothing below carries a previous year's figures. Register your interest and you hear from us the day booth sales open, before the floor is picked over.
Prospectus & floor plan
Booth specifications, sponsorship add-ons, policies and timelines in one document, with the Sheraton Dallas Hotel hall plan. Both are published once the layout and rates are confirmed, usually alongside the opening of booth sales.
Key deadlines & hall schedule
Payment, certificate of insurance and souvenir-journal advertising dates are set alongside the exhibitor agreement. Hall hours are published with the program; move-in is the first convention day and tear-down the last, as in prior years.
Registration, tickets & travel
Convention registration rates, ticketed event prices, the NDA airline discount codes and the Sheraton Dallas Hotel room block are published once they are contracted.
