Dr. Daniel Young

Dr. Daniel Young, DDS began his leadership in NDA through his service as a SNDA member.  He was the recipient of the NDA-Colgate scholarship and participated in the Interprofessional Student Leadership Colloquium.  He is a dedicated pediatric dentist committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive oral health care to children and families.

A graduate of the University of the District of Columbia and Howard University College of Dentistry, where he also completed his specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Young combines clinical excellence with a passion for mentorship and community service. He currently practices at My Kid’s Dentist & Orthodontics in Arnold, Missouri, where he is known for creating a welcoming and positive dental experience for his patients.

Dr. Young is a proud member of the National Dental Association and a recipient of the prestigious NDA 40 Under 40 Award, recognizing emerging leaders in dentistry. An active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., he is a former Assistant District Director and currently serves as an advisor to a college chapter.  

He is a member and Past President of Delta Mu Chi Fraternity, Inc. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Young enjoys giving back through community outreach programs such as NDA HEALTH NOW, Give Kids A Smile, outreach for children with special healthcare needs,  and international dental missions. He enjoys spending time fishing, cooking, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.
