Your first 90 days with the NDA
- Week 1: Join your local society and activate your member profile
- Weeks 2–4: Attend the New Dentist Welcome Call; choose a committee 
- Month 2: Start your mentor/mentee relationship; join a Peer Pod; sign up to volunteer 
- Month 3: Share a lightning talk, lead a service project, and lock in Richmond ’26 plans

How do I find a mentor or mentee?
Share your interests and we’ll match you with a mentor or mentee. Connect for about an hour each month to make a real impact.
What volunteer roles are available?
Serve at health events, school clinics, advocacy days, or help with professional development. Volunteering builds skills and gives back.
